1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be formally submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Please be advised that certain costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount:

• Transaction Fees: Processing fees charged by payment providers (e.g., PayPal) at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• Transfer Surcharges: Any additional costs incurred during the fund transfer process.

3. Pro-rated Deductions

Refunds are calculated based on the actual duration of service used. A pro-rated fee will be deducted according to the number of days elapsed from the purchase date to the request date.

4. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
